Key highlights
‘Incidental findings’ are imaging findings that are discovered on an imaging exam that was performed for another reason.
Some findings may represent malignancy, and early detection can improve patient outcome. Others can lead to patient anxiety and unnecessary follow up.
Over the day, you will have the opportunity to listen to lectures by sub speciality experts to help guide you on what follow up may be appropriate for these findings.
