Dr Shanti Shanyal has been working with Medica since 2022 as a Consultant Radiologist, reporting and auditing both elective and NightHawk cases. Prior to joining Medica, Dr Shanyal was a permanent consultant at Royal Preston Hospital, specialising in gastro-genitourinary and oncology radiology.

Throughout their career, Dr Shanyal has been actively involved in departmental teaching, audits, and research, and has participated in REAL meetings and chaired multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions. Dr Shanyal has also contributed to the academic community through the publication of original research papers, case series, and review articles in various international journals.
