Initial consultation
We begin with an initial consultation with our Educate team. We will take time to understand your objectives, audience, and desired outcomes to ensure we design the most effective programme for your organisation.

Appointment of an expert speaker
Following the consultation, the Educate team identifies and appoints the most suitable expert speaker for your training needs. Each speaker is selected for their clinical expertise and proven ability to deliver engaging, evidence-based education.

Client meeting with the speaker
We will arrange a dedicated meeting between you and your appointed speaker. This session allows you to discuss content expectations, programme structure, and any specific requirements so we can fully scope the training.

Creation of a bespoke programme
Your expert speaker develops a bespoke programme tailored to your brief. This is created at least eight weeks ahead of the delivery date and is reviewed by our Clinical Lead to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current best practice. You’ll have the opportunity to request amendments to ensure the content fully meets your needs and aligns with your organisational goals.

Client review and final sign-off
Four weeks prior to delivery, you will receive the presentation and content for review and final sign-off.
